Activities

 

It is no secret exercise and physical activity is necessary for sustained weight management. In order for campers to gain greater control of their lives, they must pursue an active lifestyle.

 

Campers are introduced to daily programs including aerobics, weight training, yoga,conditioning and stretching. Personal trainers send every camper home with a practiced and individually tailored training program, proven to maintain weight-loss.

 

In addition, campers enjoy a variety of athletics and instructional activities focused on being active and having fun.
